1. Data Collection & Purpose: Knossos Travel collects Identity Data (Names, Passport info), Contact Data, and Travel Logistics (Flight/Hotel details). This information is used exclusively to execute your bespoke Cypriot itinerary, manage bookings, and ensure guest safety.
2. Legal Basis (GDPR): We process data based on Contractual Necessity (to provide your tour), Legal Obligation (Cyprus Tourism laws), and Consent (for marketing or geolocation).
3. Data Sharing: Information is shared only with essential local partners (Hotels, Transport, Licensed Guides). We do not sell data to third parties.
4. Retention & Security: Data is stored securely and retained for 7 years to meet audit requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
5. Cookie Policy:
   • Essential: Necessary for app login and itinerary access.
   • Analytical: Used to improve app performance and user navigation.
   • Preference: Remembers your language (EL/EN/RU/DE) and display settings.

   Users may opt-out of non-essential cookies via App Settings.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing the iGoCyprus Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws in the Republic of Cyprus, and international travel regulations.
2. Services Provided
   The app provides real-time itinerary management, local recommendations, and communication tools. While we strive for 100% accuracy, itinerary timings are subject to local conditions (traffic, weather, or site closures).
3. User Responsibilities
   • Accuracy: Users must provide accurate passport and contact information.
   • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your app credentials.
   • Conduct: Users must respect local Cypriot customs and regulations at historical and religious sites (e.g., dress codes for Kykkos Monastery).
4. Bookings & Cancellations
   • All bookings made through the app are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the service provider (Hotel/Airline/Charter).
   • Knossos Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries for the safety or comfort of the group.
5. Limitation of Liability
   Knossos Travel acts as an intermediary between the client and local service providers. While we vet all partners for excellence, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the acts of third-party suppliers, except where required by Cyprus Law.
6. Intellectual Property
   All content, including custom itineraries, photography, and the "Knossos Travel" brand, is the intellectual property of Knossos Travel. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Nicosia.
